I really enjoy the art style, I feel all the various elements tie together very well.
Maybe an indicator of what each of the powerups do would be nice, to give the player some feedback of how the game is changing.
But overall it's enjoyable and a nice riff on flappy bird, I can definetely see how you can expand this idea, maybe with different shaped obstacles of different ways to control the bird.
